Solhaven Interiors was founded on a simple belief: your home should feel like you. We design spaces that look as good as they feel, where form and function are treated as equals and nothing is sacrificed in the name of style.
Before a single finish is selected or a piece of furniture is sourced, we take time to understand how you live. Your daily rhythms, what you need a space to do, and what it should feel like when you walk through the door. Good design isn't imposed on a space. It grows from the people who inhabit it.
That same philosophy guides our work with real estate investors and developers. We understand that design decisions in investment properties carry financial weight. Every recommendation we make is done with both appeal and return on investment in mind.

Meet the designer
I’m Charese Allen, an interior designer and Charlotte native with more than a decade of experience across design, brand strategy, and project management.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Arts in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design, a rare combination that shapes how I approach every project: with creative vision and a clear strategic lens. After beginning my career in design, I spent more than a decade working across brand strategy, creative direction, and project leadership before returning my focus to interiors.
I have partnered with homeowners, real estate investors, developers, and realtors across the Charlotte metro to design spaces that are beautiful to live in and built to hold their value. My background in marketing gives me a distinct advantage in understanding what resonates not just aesthetically, but in the market.
