IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION

Best for homeowners who need professional guidance, want to explore a larger project, or aren't sure which design service they need
Sometimes the hardest part of a design project is knowing where to begin. During your 90-minute in-home consultation, we'll walk through your space together, discuss what's working and what isn't, clarify your goals, and identify the design decisions that will make the greatest impact.
You'll leave with expert direction and clear next steps. If your project would benefit from additional design support, we'll also recommend the Solhaven service that best fits your needs.
Design Intensive
$795 | Up to 4 hours
Best for homeowners who want expert direction without a full project commitment or as a first step before diving into full-service design
Sometimes you don't need a full project. You need clarity.
The Solhaven Design Intensive is a focused, one-on-one working session dedicated entirely to your home and the decisions that have been keeping you stuck. During up to four hours together, we'll work through as many priorities as time allows, from furniture placement and paint selections to lighting, styling, finishes, and purchasing decisions.
We arrive with fresh eyes and leave you with clear direction, actionable recommendations, and the confidence to move forward on your own.
VIRTUAL ROOM DESIGN
$895 per room
Best for remote clients, vacation rentals, investment properties, or clients who prefer a self-managed process
Our virtual design service is ideal for those who prefer a more self-directed process, are outside of the Charlotte area, or are working on a tighter timeline or budget. You'll receive everything you need to execute the design independently, with direct purchase links and clear guidance for bringing the room together at your own pace.

Digital intake and style questionnaire
Custom mood board and concept presentation
Furniture and décor sourcing list with links and specifications
Paint and finish recommendations
Floor plan and furniture layout
One round of revisions
Email support for 14 days following final design delivery

We begin by getting to know how you live, what you love, and where you want to go. From there, we take the lead on every detail from concept through final installation. You stay involved in the decisions that matter most to you, while we handle the coordination, sourcing, and logistics that can make a project feel overwhelming.
Design fees are based on project scope and complexity. Furnishings, materials, freight, receiving, delivery, installation, and applicable procurement costs are separate.
